I think this is simply a case of cooked boards but second opinions welcome.
Working on the hotend yesterday and I think the cooling fan which runs of D9
was shorted, but still runs.
Now, if I set temp in pronterface for the hotend then either.
1. Temp blows ~30c above set temp before starting to drop. Not stable after
15minutes.
2. Pronterface instantly comes back saying it's reached set temp whilst the GLCD
shows the temp as not changing.
3. Manually setting temp to 230c for ABS, HE temp blows past and hits MAX_TEMP
of 255c.
Autotune to get a new set of PID fails,even at s200, coming back with TEMP TOO HIGH
error.
The board has been reflashed with the same firmware since. No changes to it for a
couple of weeks.
Fair to assume the RAMPS/Mega is cactus? Any easy way to tell if the drv8825's are
still good?
