Arduino mega 2560 and Ramps 1.4 not communicating (4 replies)

Hi,

i am using a Arduino Mega 2560 with a Ramps 1.4 and Repetier-Host software on my printer. I have been trying for days to sort out different issues with the Firmware mostly around end stops and motors only turning in one direction. As a result I have uploaded modified firmware to the Arduino a large number of times. After one upload of firmware the Arduino and Ramps would no longer execute the g-code commands issued by the software, all the commands are just queued, like 12 commands waitng, 25 commands waiting, 36 commands waiting etc.There is no sign of life from anything connected its also generating some weird g-code.

I can still upload firmware(the little green led flashes away), I have re-installed Repetier host, changed computers, pressed all the reset buttons on the hardware but nothing helps. Has anyone any suggestions?
