I have RAMPS 1.4, ATX 350W from PC, Marlin and Pronterface on my Mac.
I connect everything like this

set heatbad temp and press "set" button, and there is no heating.
i check the voltage on heatbad connectors with multimeter - 0V
where i am wrong?
