5V out from ramps / Arduino (no replies)

Hi.

I want to plug a USB led light in a piece like this:



I have this cable already:



I want to use the USB only to power out 5V. Not to transfer data.

Where can I connect it to be able to do it? If I connect in Arduino USB port type B, it will not power out anything :(
