12V fan out multiple fans different speeds (no replies)

Hi, Is there any possibility using ramps to have multiple 12V fans, running at different speeds. For example, one hotend cooling fan always running at full, and two extra fans cooling printed parts, which can have variable speed, without altering the speed of the hotend cooling fan.

Is it acceptable to put a 12V fan in parallel with a ceramic hotend heater so that one fan would always be on when the hotend is hot? This frees up a 12V output for the other part cooling fans.
