Laser cutter firmware (no replies)

So once upon a time I got this idea in my head I was going to make a laser cutter. I had seen this [www.cnczone.com] and I thought I could use that firmware with a few adjustments on a chasis of my own making.

So I have the chasis made and the firmware installed however i can't seem to get the motors to move.

I have poured over the configuration.h and I have unremmed the #define DISABLE_MAX_ENDSTOPS and #define DISABLE_MIN_ENDSTOPS as it was triggered. (no end stops installed yet)

I have the 3 pins jumpered under the pololu's. I have swapped pololu's out thinking they got fried. I can connect with Pronterface and on the LCD is shows it increments on X and Y. I can go into the LCD and scroll around but the motors do not move.

I have a ramps 1.4 mega 2560 w/ 12864 LCD and DRV8825 drivers. I have used a powersupply from a computer and I test 12v on each input into the ramps board.

Also wanted to mention I dl'd and installed the native marlin firmware and flashed, same issue. NO movement.

Is there as secret jumper I am missing? I have worked on this for 12 hours straight and I am going nuts over this! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
