Fan Extender on AUX pins? (using DuPont cables between pins and extender) (2 replies)

Asking this to be sure before making a potentially silly/costly mistake.

I'm using MightyFan on the servo pins but have need of some additional controls and planned on using a plain old Fan Extended I used previously.

I just figured I'd use cables to hook up the Fan Extender to the right pins on AUX1, but then I started wondering if there was something special about the servo pins aside from pin location?

I'm no good at reading schematics to find this answer myself.
