Y Axis Weird Vref (no replies)

Hi,

Just started testing a ramps 1.4 with A4988 drivers and while other drivers are fine, the vref on the Y axis varies greatly.. it moves all over the place and up to 5v. Even with another driver I get the same issue so my only assumption is a fault with the RAMPS itself?

Any information on where I can troubleshoot? Cold solder joint? Short somewhere?
