2004 lcd module (no replies)

i have exactly this brand-model lcd module. [www.bigtree-tech.com]

i tried some ready to use marlin for this model, also tried to configure original marlin but couldnt make it run. and also tried cable position varieties.

also if this module's exp1 cable connected to ramps as it writes on it, all leds on ramps turn off, i cant download firmware to board, was running a test firmware for motors, it was working fine till i connected exp1 cable, runs again when disconnected.
also no power signal on module when it's connected.

is it sounds like a more firmware problem or hardware?
