RAMPS 1.6 Jumper problem (no replies)

I am Trying to add BLtouch on my Ramps 1.6 ..

when i am adding jumper on (5V and VCC ) Board is going turns off.

I dont get it whats is goin on.

(Ramps Powerd with 12V 360W power supply)

Any advice?
